- Prior experience of working with disabled people and people requiring manual handling
- Have the ability to speak a second language other than English
- Have a sound understanding of home bound people and their behavior

Pre-Requisites
- Six-month prior experience in the same field
- Certificate holder in personal care for disabled, aged care, or community care
- Have an empathetic attitude while providing care to people with disability
- Be available on short notice and for short shifts(if required)
- Punctual
- Ability to multitask and solve problems in an efficient way
- Excellent time management skills
- Have appropriate visa to work in Australia
- Have a smart phone and the ability to install apps
- CPR/ First Aid certificate
- Have a drivers licence and an insured car
